Unlike Fidelys Awards

Unlike Fidelys Awards, the Upgrade Award is only authorised in favour of the Members themselves and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
The purchase of the Upgrade Award is made at a TUNISAIR agency, in Tunisia or abroad. To do so, it is necessary to have the Fidelys card and the PIN code and to have a sufficient balance in Award Miles.
The Upgrade Award is only authorised for tickets in the following booking classes: Y.M.B.K, one way (OW).
The combination of an Award Ticket and an Upgrade Award is not permitted.
The Upgrade Award is only valid if business class seats are available and subject to the approval of the Station Manager or his/her representative.
The Upgrade Award is only valid on the corresponding flight with the possibility of cancellation, at the Member's explicit request, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Fidelys Guide.
- As of 01 January 2020, your Upgrade Award grants you the following Business Class benefits:
- A check-in at the counter reserved for Business passengers, in Tunisia and abroad.
- Free access to business lounges in Tunisia or abroad on routes where TUNISAIR offers this benefit.
- Comfortable seating on board.
- A refined service.
